Donations in romford

When productions film in London, they’ll often make donations to local groups or charities as a way of recognising the impact filming can have on communities. It’s something we actively encourage at FilmFixer, and are always pleased to help facilitate.

Recently, the upcoming ITV drama The Blame filmed on Risebridge Road in Romford. The six-part crime thriller is set to air later this year, so we can’t share too much just yet but we’re looking forward to saying more when it’s released.

What we can share is that, as a gesture of goodwill, the production donated £700 to a local food bank.

It’s a great example of how productions engage with the areas they film in, and how they work to make sure the impact they leave behind is a positive one.
